I transferred to Rowan University and they put me in the Glassboro region. I got 2 orders after working only 4 hours I was available the whole time. They compensated me for the time I worked and I only had the 2 orders. Next thing I know I get an email saying my scheduling has been restricted due to driver fraud collecting the hourly minimum without delivering orders.
I reach out for more information and they just keep repeating this corporate jargon. I am never shown a shred of evidence. If I truly committed this supposed fraud they did not even warn me before restricting me. It takes forever to get an email back trying to find out more information. So I quit. But i had so many frustrations with the support team, i got 2 unfair absents witch impacts heavily your priority of picking up schedules, it affects your earnings badly when it happens.
I eventually quit do to realizing how corrupt the company i had 1 slow day during my schedule with only 1 delivery because it was a holiday and they had the nerve to accuse me of somehow manipulating GRUBHUBS app to get less deliveries for that day and restricted me from making any more schedules permanently. When I contacted support they handled it very poorly took them over a month to respond and they couldn't provide me any evidence or even explain how it is they came about this ridiculous idea that they accused me of.
I truly believe this company is corrupt after finding out this happens quite often to people that work for there company i realized if grubhub is ever forced to pay you hourly because of slow deliveries expect the same thing to happen to you! Ready to start ordering with Grubhub? Grubhub strikes again!! I love this app! Valid for Delivery orders only. Same great restaurants, fast delivery, and low prices. Now in orange. The only form of customer service they provide is just, essentially, throwing your money back at you. They figure if the wrong item is refunded that that suddenly resolves the issues. They, apparently, have no guidelines upon their presentation of advertised products, they have no guidelines on how to treat their drivers and upon first moment when a complaint is made they take the money allotted to the drivers even if I personally request that that money not be taken from them and if I ask that the tip remain the same since the driver had done their job in a way that exceeds expectations, and they have no guidelines upon how to ensure that food is delivered correctly.
Every order that I receive has a missing item, or no cutlery even though I request them, or the entire order is completely different than what is pictured. Then when I make a complaint and say it is not the drivers fault their only form of reparations is that they refund the order but do nothing to ensure that the mistake does not happen again, refund everything including the tip, and just accost the restaurant and the driver. I have been using this app for years now and I am just done with it.

One driver apologized profusely stating that her COMPANY credit card had been denied upon paying for our food at the restaurant so she had to wait 45 minutes for customer service to assist her.
